The servo drives in our systems sample motor torque, temperature and voltage fluctuation thousands of times a second.
- Brake Pad Protection: On manual cranes the biggest failure is a broken brake pad, caused by the operator forcing the system while the brake is locked. Gauss software detects that “abnormal load” and locks the system within a tenth of a second, preventing 95% of the mechanical damage.
- Fast Diagnosis from Fault Codes: When something goes wrong, your technician no longer spends hours asking “why won’t it run?”. The specific fault code on the digital display (e.g. E-04 Low Voltage) cuts response time from an hour to five minutes.
Service Hours and Service Life
Durability: Thanks to the brushless construction and digital control of servo motors, the electronics have a service life of more than 50,000 hours.
