Next-Generation Handling Technologies
Servo technology
that makes handling effortless.
The system senses what the operator intends to do, and lets them move loads as if gravity had been switched off — to the millimetre.
Fast, ergonomic, efficient, millimetre-accurate and safe handling
The advanced handgrip unit maximises human – machine integration throughout the handling process.
-
600 kg Capacity
Move loads with the feel of a gravity-free environment
-
Float Mode
Control the movement from the material itself or from the control handle
-
Millimetric Precision
Encoder technology confirms every position to the millimetre
-
Uninterrupted Operation
High thermal stability keeps the system running under heavy use

Installation and mounting options
Explore the installation methods best suited to your site conditions and operational needs.
Four different mounting techniques are available, so the system fits the production and logistics flows already running in your plant.

-
01.
Floor
MountedThe column height is set to suit the application, and 350° of rotation gives the reach to serve several points from a single position.
-
02.
Wall
MountedMounting the crane on the wall keeps the floor clear, which suits tight bays and leaves the plant’s existing workflows untouched.
-
03.
Plate
MountedIn this option the 80 kg jib crane sits on a base plate, so a forklift can move it easily to wherever it is needed.
-
04.
Rail
MountedThe unit is installed on existing or newly built aluminium overhead rails, so one handling system covers a large working area.
Less energy consumption
and lower maintenance costs.
A failure-resistant design, minimal maintenance and maximum energy efficiency keep your operating costs down.
The advantages we offer
The new standard for smart handling in industry.
As industrial dynamics change fast and lean production takes centre stage, modernising your handling processes makes your operation far more flexible, more resilient and ready for what comes next.
Work that used to be done by hand or with a conventional crane becomes 4x faster, cutting the waiting time on your line. It also takes the physical effort out of the job for your operators, which lifts the efficiency of every transfer.
Drawing 0.8 kW - 1.6 kW, the system uses about as much energy per lifting cycle as charging a smartphone. Routine servicing takes half an hour, once a year, and the system stays in service in between.
It runs 34% quieter, jerk-free movement prevents workplace accidents, and the load holds its position the moment it is released — so there is no risk of it dropping.
Minimal servicing reduces operational downtime by 95%. No recalibration is needed when the load changes, and there is no overheating under intensive use.
In your production & logistics processes

Frequently Asked Questions

The heavier the load, the greater its inertia: past that point the operator’s hand movement is no longer enough, and machine power is needed for motion on the X and Z axes as well.
Pneumatic, electric or mechanical gripping tools (end effectors) are built specifically for the material being handled — any attachment can be produced to order.
Float Mode lets the operator move the load in any direction simply by guiding the material itself, without holding the crane at all.
Even before the handgrip unit, the control handle or the load itself is released, the electromagnetic brake system is already holding the load in balance at every moment. The load simply stays where it is, suspended in mid-air.

Outstanding user experience
Hear our success stories
from our business partners.
"We brought in Gauss smart servo systems to prevent operator fatigue on our lines. Thanks to the gravity-free movement technology, heavy loads are now moved with zero effort. That ergonomic comfort has cut sick leave while raising both our shift efficiency and our quality. We are extremely pleased with a technology that protects the health of our people."
"With our new handling system we make no preset adjustments at all when the load changes — the system detects every weight automatically. Zero downtime and minimal maintenance mean our production lines no longer wait on one another. That uninterrupted flow and flexibility let us meet every order comfortably and right on time."
"We moved to Gauss crane solutions to bring speed to our logistics and handling processes. High travel speed and short cycle times have removed the time losses and bottlenecks on our lines completely. We are extremely pleased with an investment that has directly increased our production output."
